LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

USE CASE 1

A global agri-food business company wanted to roll out a leadership program globally for its next generation senior leaders. We helped them to adapt the program to the Asian context, and in the process the best practice was shared and adopted globally. The five-phase programme covered personal leadership, team leadership, leading change, and creativity & innovation. Each phase was conducted in a different Asian country. Besides building leadership capability, it helped the participants to understand their diverse business and created network for future collaborations.

USE CASE 2

The Managing Director of a steel mill in northern China saw the need to develop the leadership effectiveness of the senior managers. After interviewing the MD and the managers, we designed a three-day leadership programme, conducted in Chinese, to help them explore, learn and build up their personal leadership, interpersonal leadership and team leadership.
