CREATIVITY & PROBLEM SOLVING

USE CASE 1

The Plant Superintendent of an edible oil producer wanted to stimulate the creativity of their employees. The goal was achieved through a three-phase programme: 1) we selected and assigned roles to the participants, and the Superintendent launched the event detailing the purpose, expectations and his commitment to support, 2) a two-day equipping workshop, 3) the teams worked on real business operational issues. In one of the successful projects, they managed to increase delivery throughput of raw material by about five times and saved over US$1 million a year.

USE CASE 2

A global mobile technology company formed teams of high potential young leaders to create new business ideas. We helped them with the skills equipping part, which plugged into a larger development process where senior managers sponsored teams to create real world solutions.
